By accessing or using RevTrack ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not access or use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

RevTrack provides an online platform for automotive workshops to manage time tracking, labor management, expense tracking, and client communication. The Service includes a client portal that allows vehicle owners to view the status of their vehicles in real time. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and keep your account information updated. You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Certain features of the Service may require payment of fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, but we will provide notice of any material price changes. Payment terms, including billing cycles and payment methods, will be disclosed at the time of purchase and are incorporated into these terms by reference.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RevTrack and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Service without our express written permission.

In no event shall RevTrack, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service. Our total liability for any claims under these terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in San Francisco County, California.
